A Ukrainian citizen born in 1982 was traveling to Romania in a Mercedes through the "Porubne" BCP.

Border guards in Chernivtsi, having information about possible illegal transportation of valuables across the border, initiated a more detailed inspection of the citizen's car and belongings. Later, border patrol officers, together with customs representatives, discovered items among the driver's belongings that may constitute cultural value and fall under the law of Ukraine "On the export, import, and return of cultural valuables." In total, law enforcement officers identified and seized 124 antiquities.
